Daniel Wanat founded Urbanscaping to explore his appreciation for unique garden designs. Landscaping, agriculture and nature have always held a firm place in Daniel's heart, though he began his journey into business on a very different track.
Daniel began his professional life studying organic chemistry at university, fascinated by the mysteries of science. Imbued with entrepreneurial spirit, he went on to undertake a business course in London where he learned the ingredients required to create a customer-centric landscaping services company. As his fondness for the outdoors grew, Daniel discovered his roots in the world of gardening and studied a garden design course at Richmond College. Here, he found the inspiration he needed to bring Urbanscaping to life.
Still an avid gardener himself, Daniel started the company simply by working on his friend's gardens, before Urbanscaping found its feet and really took off. Now, Daniel is the first and primary point of contact for the brand, managing each project with careful attention-to-detail and commitment.
Over the years, he’s built hundreds of beautiful gardens for friends and strangers alike – including famous features in the Hampton Court and Chelsea Flower Shows. Today, Daniel prides himself on delivering the same quality of gardening expertise to his clients as he uses in his own projects at home.
